How can I order a service on this site?
The first thing you can do is to contact me by filling out the contact form below with your information in order to get a quote. Once you’re satisfied with my offer, you can email me back and attach the files to work on along with your PO and I will deliver the files to your email once they become ready.

How long does it take you to prepare a translation, transcreation, or a copywriting job?
Well it all depends on the length and complexity of the job itself. Generally speaking a standard job i.e. around 1,200 words of moderate complexity takes 24 hours to be ready and emailed back to you. Obviously, jobs with longer texts will take a longer time. I do not offer same day deliveries though due to constraints like time difference and other commitments during the day.

How can I pay for a service on this site?
Payment is done through my PayPal business account or my Canadian business bank account. Payment cannot be done through this site at the time being.

How is the quality of service guaranteed on this site?
Maintaining high quality of service has been taken very seriously since Moez Translations’ inception back in Spring/Summer 2020. It is thoroughly explained in my blog post, Maintaining High Quality. Rest assured though that any file that I deliver to you is usable right away in a sense that it has already been edited and proofread.

Like previously mentioned in more detail, your first contact with me and to access my services is to contact me through the contact form below by providing your information and hitting submit. I’ll contact you back through email. Contacting me by phone or text message on 1-587-839-5800 is also an option in case of an urgent request. Any follow-up is done by email for the purpose of sending files back and forth.
